At the end of my first year in the University of Twente I discovered I wanted to devote my academic carreer to explore further the relationship human beings have with their environment and how we can maintain a sustainable way of living.

Since sustainability was one of my main academic passions I figured that joining sustain made total sense for my skill development into the subject.

Aditionally, one of my the main values I support is integrating positive change into the community you are surrounded by. For this reason, sustain was the perfect match for attaining this value.

At the end, joining sustain not only meant developing my experience in the topic of sustainability but it also meant implementing positive change to the community I was surrounded by.
